Terms and Conditions for Phorescence ™

Welcome to Phorescence™! These Terms and Conditions  govern the use of our website, located at phorescence.com. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by a consumer  on the website of Phorescence™ phorescence.nl

Phorescence™ is a company based in the Netherlands

By placing an order on the Website, the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms.

2. Products

Phorescence™ sells drawing tablets for children, as well as potentially other related products like accessories, toys, and creative learning tools.

All products are described as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustration purposes only and may not be contractually binding.

Important Note:
Drawing tablets and related accessories are intended for children and help promote creativity, motor skills, and screen-free activities.

3. Prices

All prices are shown and include VAT, but exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs will be displayed before the Customer confirms their order.

Phorescence™ reserves the right to update prices at any time. The price valid at the time of order placement will apply.

4. Order

The Customer adds products to their cart, reviews the order, and completes the payment.
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been accepted and an order confirmation email is sent.

Phorescence™ reserves the right to cancel any order in the case of:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Unresolved issues with the Customer

  • Logistical impossibility beyond the control of Phorescence™

5. Payment

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • Apple Pay

  • PayPal

Payment is processed immediately upon order placement.
If payment is declined, the order will be automatically canceled.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Areas

Phorescence™ delivers Globally around the world. 

6.2 Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via trusted logistics partners.
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 days, depending on the destination country.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

6.3 Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on certains offers.

6.4 Delivery Issues

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failure to pick up, or non-delivery, the Customer may be charged for re-shipping.

7. Ownership

The products remain the property of Phorescence™ until full payment is received.
The risk transfers to the Customer once the product is delivered.

8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

The Customer has a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the day of receipt of the order.

Return requests must be sent by email to:

The Customer must contact customer service before returning items.

Returned products must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With intact seal and original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless Phorescence™ made an error.

Once the return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Opened products are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.

9. Discount Codes

Discount codes:

  • Are non-refundable

  • Cannot be converted into cash

  • Cannot be combined with other offers (unless otherwise stated)

  • Must be entered before completing the order

  • Do not apply to shipping costs

Currently, no active discount codes are available.

10. Statutory Warranty

The Customer is entitled to statutory warranties for conformity and hidden defects under applicable law.

In case of a defective product, the Customer must contact Phorescence™ and provide photos to initiate an exchange or refund.

11. Privacy Policy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Customer may request access to, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (texts, images, designs, logos, graphics) is the property of Phorescence™ or its partners.
Any use without permission is prohibited.

13. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by NL law.
Both parties shall first attempt to reach an amicable solution.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be brought before the competent UK courts.
